Chocolate Martini

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup half and half
2 oz of good quality white chocolate bar chopped (I used Ghirardelli)
2 oz of good quality semi sweet chocolate bar chopped (I used Ghirardelli)
1/2 oz vanilla vodka
3 oz Bourbon Cream
1 1/2 oz Chocolate Liquor
Directions
- Over medium heat, bring milk to a simmer. Add chopped chocolate, and whisk until the chocolate has melted completely. Let the half and half and chocolate mixture cool completely before making chocolate martinis,
- Add about a cup of ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the mixture of half and half and chocolate mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker.
- Shake well
- Divide among 4 martini glasses
