Ingredients

2 cups whole milk
1 cup half and half
1/3 cup sugar
8oz good quality semi-sweet chocolate finely chopped
1/2 cup bourbon cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan bring milk to a simmer. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add chopped chocolate to the pot and whisk continuously until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Do not boil.
- Add half and half, and bourbon cream.
- Bring mixture to a simmer, and remove from heat.
- Serve.
