How to Make Fresh Squeezed Lemonade

LEMONADE!!! My Favorite drink. I love the sweet and tanginess of it.  In my opinion, it’s the perfect drink. Almost any flavor could go with lemonade, peach, mango, strawberry, you name it, and it will go perfectly with lemonade lol.

Lemonade is just perfect because if you’re having people over, you can squeeze a few lemons and add some fruit nectar or some blended fruit to it, and your guests would be wowed. As they are drinking this drink, they would be saying mmm what is this lol. My favorite go-to lemonade is a peach mango lemonade.

How is Lemonade Made?

Lemonade is made with just 3 ingredients, lemons, sugar, water. It’s made by squeezing lemons, adding simple syrup, and water, and giving it a stir.  Super simple. Squeezing lemons isn’t so fun. But the flavor is better and fresher, and you feel refreshed when you drink it.  Powdered lemonade is good, it’s not like freshly squeezed lemons.

How do I  get the most juice from my lemons?

When getting ready to juice lemons, make sure the lemons are at room temperature.  For one, they would be easier to squeeze if they aren’t cold. Before cutting the room temperature lemons I like to give them a squeeze, put them on the counter, apply pressure, and roll them back and forth with the heel of my hand.  This helps to break down the lemon and make it easier to juice.
